What is an Instant Booking request?

Instant Booking requests are available for hotels which have made rooms available for the Hotel Net Service system. When hotels make rooms available for the dates you choose, these rooms are immediately available for reservation through our secure online reservation processing system.


How do I place an Instant Booking request?

Whenever hotels make rooms available for the Hotel Net Service Instant Booking system the option will automatically be offered at the top of hotel description pages. Just enter the dates, number of nights and adults in your group and the system will provide prices and availability information for that date. Click on the book now icon for the desired room and complete your secure reservation.


Can I contact hotels directly when I place an Instant Booking?

Yes. Our system allows direct contact with hotel managers or operators through your Customers Panel You may place messages for the hotel and get replies from them directly through our system. This will be useful in case you need a special arrangement such as honeymoon occasions, small beds for children and such necessities.


What is an Availability Request?

Availability requests are one of our exclusive reservation request methods. You'll let the hotel know the dates and room types that you need and the hotel will make the best possible offer. This is an exclusive Hotel Net Service system where you are directly in touch with hotel managers.


How do I place an Availability Request?

You may place an availability request at any hotel which offers the "Place an Availability Request" form at the top of the description page. This feature may be available on a per-hotel basis. When this feature is enabled you will be able to contact hotel managers personally and make special requests.


To contact a hotel where you have a reservation:

Access thes Customers Panel with your login (same as e-mail address) and password. If you do not remember the password use our password recovery tool to retrieve it.

Click on the details link at the right column of your requests list. Use the Enter new message form on that page to send you questions.


To cancel a reservation:

For security reasons only YOU can cancel your reservations from the customer control panel.

Access thes Customers Panel with your login (same as e-mail address) and password. If you do not remember the password use our password recovery tool to retrieve it.

To cancel a confirmed reservation click on details link at the right column of your requests list. On the Inspect Request page, click Cancel this booking.


To recover you password

For security reasons password cannot be recovered, but can be remade. If you do not remember your password please use our password recovery tool to retrieve it.


Cancellation Policy

Hotel Net Service has a standard cancellation policy of 72 hours. You can modify or cancel your reservation before this time. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date can result in one night charge. This standard cancellation policy is valid UNLESS the hotel has published otherwise either on the hotel page, or in the message transcript of the reservation.
