HOW DOES HOTEL NET SERVICE WORKS FOR YOU?
In both cases you will receive an email to notify you. Click on the link in the email to either make your offer, or to accept the customers' reservation.
Reservation process
Customers submit their credit card number to you as a guarantee of their booking. At the time of the reservation, you are not to charge the customer, customer pays in full on site.
If customers fails to arrive outside your cancellation policy, you are authorised to charge customer the amount of the first night on his credit card.
Cancellation policy
Hotel Net Service operates a standard 72-hour cancellation policy, which you can personalise to your own needs.

We merely charge a 10 % commission on any reservations that originated through the Hotel Net Service Network and that were consumed.
The Hotel Net Service Network
Hotel Net Service runs a worldwide affiliate network of websites that will help us sell your rooms!
Any such site may have it's own design, and not necessarily be recognisable as a Hotel Net Service website, but any availability requests or reservations will be identifiable as from Hotel Net Service, so you don't have to wonder wether or not to take this request/reservation serious. Reservations deriving from affiliate website, will still always be 10% commission.
The subject Title of the email will always say: "Hotel Net Service Request/Reservation".
Multiple languages
We offer websites in more then 20 languages, so if you have translations of your website, please make sure to also use those when creating your Hotel Net Service webpage.
It will simply mean we will be able to sell your product for you in many other languages.
