How does the Hotel Net Service system work?
The Hotel Net Service System presents you with two booking options, depending on how each property accepts new reservations:
A. Instant Booking:
Check room availability and price instantly and complete you booking by placing an Instant Booking request with any property that has entered availability on our system.

Use the system to send properties an Availability Request and check availability, rates and any other question before you decide to make your booking.

Why do I have to register with Hotel Net Service in order to make a reservation?
To be able to safely comunicate with the thousands of properties we represent, and to securely transmit your credit card details at the time of booking, you need to access the Hotel Net Service Customers Panel.
To access and be able to use the Customers Panel, you will need a username and a password. Joining Hotel Net Service is fast and easy and is only required to be able to create your username (your email address) and password.

Now what does that mean?
It simply means that by using our accommodation search engine, you can have a look at as many properties as you like and choose what you think is the best value for your money. (which does not necessarily always mean the cheapest option !)
100% free service
Yes, it's true, using Hotel Net Service costs absolutely nothing. Use our accommodation search-engine, compare rooms and prices, and make your choice. Your credit card is used only to guarantee your booking, but it's not charged any time by Hotel Net Service. You you pay the entire amount in full to the property at the time of your arrival.
** At the moment you make your reservation, you authorize the property of your choice to charge you for the first night, in case you cancel, or alter your reservation, outside the cancellation policy of that particular property.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel Net Service uses a standard 72-hour cancellation policy, but properties have the possibility to enter their own personalise cancellation policy, so make sure to check before you make your booking.
